This is the real product interface running on sample data from a fictional store. Ask the agent a question, read the analytics, edit an AI-drafted reply — no account, nothing to install.

Knowledge gaps

Questions your documentation does not answer yet, ranked by volume

4 to write
  • International customs & duties63
  • Bulk / wholesale pricing47
  • Warranty claim process38
  • Gift wrapping options24

Why this matters: every gap here is both an automation failure and a self-service failure. Writing these four articles is the single highest-leverage way to push deflection higher.

Demo runs entirely in your browser on sample data for a fictional store. Responses are scripted illustrations of product behaviour, not live model output, and nothing you type is sent anywhere.

Under the hood

What happens between the question and the answer

SupportIQ retrieves from your documentation before it writes anything. That order is what makes the answers accurate — and what lets the agent know when it should not answer at all.

  1. STEP 1

    Customer asks a question

A message arrives from your website widget, WhatsApp, or support inbox — in the customer’s own words, not a menu selection.

  2. STEP 2

    SupportIQ retrieves from your docs

The question is matched against your indexed help centre, policies and past tickets. The most relevant passages are pulled out — this is the retrieval step.

  3. STEP 3

An answer is generated and scored

A reply is written using only those retrieved passages, then scored for how well they actually covered the question.

  4. STEP 4

    Resolve, assist, or escalate

Above your confidence threshold the customer gets the answer with its source cited. Below it, the conversation goes to a human with full context attached.

The step most tools skip: scoring how well the retrieved passages actually covered the question. Without it, an AI agent will answer everything with equal confidence — including the things it has no source for. Try the customs question in the live chat to see the escalation path.

What to try

A short tour, in four tabs

Everything above is interactive. Here is what is worth clicking in each section.

Live chat

Ask about an order, a return or shipping and watch the citation appear. Then ask about customs duty — the one thing the sample docs do not cover.

Dashboard

Hover the deflection chart and the outcome columns. Read the knowledge-gap panel: it is the content backlog, ranked by how many customers hit it.

Agent assist

Read the drafted reply for the damaged-planter ticket, edit it, and send. This is what your agents see inside their existing helpdesk.

Knowledge

See which sources are indexed and what the confidence threshold is set to — the controls that decide when the agent answers.

Run this on your own documentation

Connect your help centre and SupportIQ will show you the answers it generates against your real content — and which of your repetitive tickets it can close.
